- Name an estate trustee and a back-up estate trustee

- Organizing all banking records, accounts, with appropriate permissions, beneficiaries etc.
- Make decisions about household items and valuables (i.e. donate or leave to beneficiaries). Document intentions.
- Organizing computer, email, electronic data, document passwords, document intentions for handling after passing

For persons who own real property (house, trailer, boat, cottage)
- Name an estate trustee and a back-up estate trustee
- Review probate and potential costs and ways to reduce fees • Decide on dealing with the house, cottage, trailer etc.
- Change tenancy/ownership if required.
- Make decisions on what to sell, donate, leave to beneficiaries
- Organizing all household bills with appropriate passwords, document who is the primary
- Organizing all banking records, accounts, with appropriate permissions, beneficiaries etc.
